Everything you upload stays confidential, is seen only by the small team reviewing applications and is deleted if no partnership follows.

I have read and accept the Creator Application Image Upload Terms and the Privacy Policy. I confirm I am 18 or older, that every photo shows only myself and no one else, that I hold all rights in them, and I grant the review-only licence described in the Terms. I explicitly consent to Toys4Fans collecting, storing and viewing the photos I submit to assess my application, understanding that in this context they may reveal information concerning my sex life (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). This is voluntary and I can withdraw it at any time. I understand this application is non-binding for both sides, is treated confidentially, and that my photos are deleted if no partnership follows. I explicitly consent that the verification partner Didit, on behalf of Toys4Fans GmbH, compares the selfie I take with the photo on my ID document and checks that I am a live person, in order to confirm my age and identity. This processes biometric data (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). It is voluntary and I can withdraw it at any time, but without a passed check Toys4Fans cannot accept photos from me.
